TERMS & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Minimum order quantity 5 pieces per knife.
2. All knives donot come with a leather sheath, these are mostly kitchen knives.
3. Prices are negociable, depends upon your ordering quantity (larger the quantity ordered lesser the price).
4. All customers should know about the rules of their country about importing knives we are not responsible for any problems if the shipment stuck at the customs.
5. We normally ship through DHL courier service but we can use other courier services upon request.
6. E-mail us to inquire about the shipping charges.
7. Delivery time also depends upon your ordering quantity usually we keep unfinished material in stock.
8. We take advance payment for the shipment of less than 50 knives.
9. Customers can pay through "Western union" & "Bank transfer" (Paypal and Credit card payment methords are not functional here in Pakistan).
10. We can also mark your logo or stamp on the knives as desired by you.
11. Regarding custom knives you have to show us the picture or the sketch of the knife which you want us to make for you.
